Pipe-Eye Sewer Services, Inc. is the brainchild of Kerry Roslinski.  As a young child growing up in Bradford, PA Kerry spent countless hours along side his father; the late Joseph F. Roslinski who was the Director of Public Works, a City Engineer and the City Clerk; and would accompany him on various Public Works tasks from snow removal to street resurfacing.

After attending the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1992 Kerry began work as an Assistant Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for the Bradford Sanitary Authority.  While employed in this capacity he obtained Operator Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and ultimately performed laboratory analysis.  Assuming Operator tasks at Treatment Plants in Smethport and Otto Township he gained further knowledge of various treatment processes.  In 1999 Kerry left his post as Laboratory Technician to expand his knowledge of the Wastewater Collection System and fill the position of Operations Manager with Basic Technical Service, Inc., a Pittsburgh based firm, specializing in collection system maintenance and rehabilitation.  While employed as Operations Manager such projects as lateral grouting, CIPP lining and complete system evaluations were undertaken.  After the acquisition of Basic Technical Service by Robinson Pipe Cleaning Co. in 2002, Kerry was forced to make a career decision.  It was at this time that Kerry formed Pipe-Eye Sewer Services, Inc.

Since its inception Pipe-Eye Sewer Services, Inc. has provided collection system maintenance & rehabilitation for Federal, State & Municipal Government.  As well as engineering firms, industrial and residential clients throughout the states of Pennsylvania and New York.  Today Pipe-Eye Sewer Services, Inc. proudly employs a technical staff of seven and has experienced continued growth through consistent client satisfaction.
